I paid using apple pay and Stripe checkout page never asked me for my email.

"Use your email you used during checkout to login. If you forgot the email you used, search your email inbox for the payment receipt from Stripe."

Sure. The only problem is that I never received the said email. I tried entering the email linked to my iCloud and nothing is happening. And yes, I searched the whole mailbox.

I want to cancel my subscription, and it's already harder than it should have been.
