Signed up for yearly subscription in error on 10.11.24. Description said I would be charged monthly which is not the case. I need a monthly subscription. I tried to change my subscription as soon as I realized my error which was within an hour of initial order but the change will not take place until next year. Please change my subscription to a monthly subscription and charge me on a monthly basis.

Please issue a credit for my yearly subscription and invoice me for a monthly subscription. The yearly subscription was in error. Please confirm the credit and rebill has occurred.
